HØST means ’harvest’ or ‘autumn’. Summers are short but full of light. Vegetables, berries and herbs grow in the fields and forests. Before winter we harvest and preserve some of them so we can enjoy them throughout the year.


HØST is our harvest of plants, made into organic spreads, mayos, pickles and crispbread. Good to serve with our FANGST canned seafood or other Nordic tapas.
